In the early days of television, many of the favorite shows on radio made the transition to the new medium. One such show was the popular Inner Sanctum which aired on the Blue Network (NBC) from 1941 to 1952.

In 1954, creator Hiram brown brought the series to television, where it aired for one season on NBC.

This four-disc collection includes four episodes of the TV series (Face of the Dead, Killer's Choice, Only the Dead Died Twice and Port of Regrets), the 1948 movie and more than 100 episodes of the radio series.
